The Commercial Trading Services Applied Practice Course is a requirement of licensing for all new licensees and is designed to provide practical training in real estate to traders commercial brokers license licensees which, together with the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course, will enable them to confidently and effectively serve the public's real estate needs in a professional manner.
The course is offered in Vancouver only by instructors who are experienced real estate professionals and trained in instructional methods. When can I register? How and where is the course offered? BCREA reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment.
Should it become necessary to cancel a course, students will be transferred to the next available course at no additional fee.

This component is conducted in a brokerage setting and is supported by online resources. There is no instructor presence in this component of the course as learners are completing the assignments while working in a brokerage and under the supervision of their managing broker. Learners will also address future professional development to strengthen their skills.
